John R Starley DDS
John was born and raised in Ogden, Utah and graduated from Weber State University in 1977 with a BA in Zoology. John graduated from the University of Washington with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1981. He also received additional training at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas and Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He and his wife Colleen have raised their six children in Ogden; Holly, Nathan, Heather, Matthew, Spencer and Anne. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, and is past president of the Weber District Dental Society. He is also past president of the Ogden Academy of Dentistry. He is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, and a member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, which is an international honor society. John is the founder of the Dental Clinic at the Ogden Rescue Mission, which first opened in 1990. He and Nathan continue to provide dental care for needy patients once a month. He has traveled to Mexico, Bolivia, Peru and Guatemala to provide humanitarian dental care for people in very remote areas.
Nathan J Starley DDS
Nathan grew up in the Ogden area attending Ogden High School and Weber State University where he earned a degree in Microbiology. Nathan attended the University of Maryland School of dentistry, and graduated with honors in May 2008. He continued his education through a general practice residency program at the Veterans Hospital in Palo Alto California. He is glad to be back home and is enjoying practicing dentistry with his Dad. He and his wife Stacey are the proud parents of three girls and one boy.
